Brooks has special experience in client/community representation; construction management; real estate acquisition analysis; and modular housing in Italy, Libya, and the United States.
Prior to beginning Mostue & Associates, Brooks assisted Harvard Real Estate, Inc., in establishing an in-house construction contracts division and a five-year capital improvement plan, and represented Japanese interests in U.S. real estate investment. His experience administering self-help urban homesteading programs underpins his continued commitment to affordable housing and active social involvement.
