Toward Independent Living & Learning (TILL) Chelsea, MA

Mostue & Associates recently finished the transformation of a historic building in Chelsea into a mixed-use development for Toward Independent Living & Learning (TILL). TILL is a private, not-for-profit human service agency, which provides a comprehensive range of services throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire for individuals of all ages with mental retardation, behavioral health, physical handicaps, learning disabilities, and other disabilities.

With Historic Preservation tax credit funding from the U.S. Department of Interiors, this project features 23 units of affordable housing (with two units for the Department of Mental Retardation) and 11,000 sf of redeveloped space for an adult day habilitation center.
