PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Ross Speer joined Mostue & Associate Architects, Inc. in 1987. As a Principal of the firm, Ross is responsible for the design and construction of commercial office buildings and interiors, childcare facilities, complex housing renovations and educational facilities.

Ross specializes in assisting building owners and managers in determining budgets and scopes of work necessary to maintain both commercial and residential properties. He focuses on projects with capital needs assessments and budgets, accessibility code compliance review, area/lease calculations and the need for preparation of funding applications.

Ross also designs corporate headquarters campuses, hospices, churches, restaurants and residences.

In addition to his time at Mostue & Associates, Ross has taught seminars and conducted presentations at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, and Build Boston.
